I had a very very bad experience with the owner Dave. The paint repair was done in a matte finish of some sort, it was rough and grainy. Not smooth and shiny like the rest of the car. An employee agreed to fixing the bad repair, then the owner Dave blew his top, cussed me out, refused the repair and stormed away from me. I think he was really mad that his employees messed up and didn't want to fix it. He had already been paid and didn't care what I thought. I wasn't even complaining or being rude about the mistake. Dave just lost it. He told me he had a movie to get to and blew me off. To this day my car isn't fixed. That man was so mean and disrespectful with no good reason to be. He was the worst example of a business owner that I've ever met. To him not only is the customer wrong, but they aren't allowed to speak either. He used every swear word in the book on me, so don't bring your children around and don't expect any respect.
