How long have you been in business?
We have been in business two years.
What is your primary product or service?
Loose leaf flavored teas and tea wares.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have loved tea and the art of tea my entire life. I held children s tea parties here in Bend for several years and had a dream to start up a loose leaf tea company that focused on amazing, interesting flavors.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our teas are unique in that they are all blended in small batches to ensure the highest of quality. Our flavors are also very unique. We offer flavors from caramel popcorn to carrot cake.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our products are currently being sold at Whole Foods in Bend, Rays Food Place in Bend and Prineville,C.E. Lovejoy's Market, Newport Ave Market, Cafe Sintra in Bend and Sunriver, The Cake Lady, Perfect Perk off Empire, Bella's in Vancouver WA, Studio Opal and Coffee Perk in Walla Walla WA. We accept credit cards, checks and cash.

We service Central Oregon and Walla Walla WA in person and nationally on the web.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner and run the daily operations.

We can be reached any time of day. If we aren't available when you call, we will return your call as soon as possible.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I love hearing from our customers that they love our tea. I think my favorite thing to hear is when a customer tells me that drinking our teas has helped them make the switch from coffee to tea.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
There are so many but I think my favorite is one of the inspirations that we have on the back of our Earl Grey Cream tea. "Start each day with optimism in your mind and a cup of tea in your hand. I know it's something that I live by.
